We are planning to book flat at mantri lithos as it’s inside manyata techpark and we’ll connected to the schools. They are saying possession will be in December’18. hand over might get little delayed by looking at the project.

Unable to decide as they are taking 6 years to complete the project.

Suggestions will be much appreciated.
