Manyata Ambhrinyi Villa Plots – Seegehalli near KR puram

All,

Has anyone bought this Manyata Ambhrinyi plots in seegehalli. They are actually Manyata builders.

I need to speak to somebody who has bought that property. I am not seeing any reviews or feedback regarding those plots. My lawyer kind of suggested not to buy that property since it does not have an approved layout plan. The builder is claiming it is DC converted and A-khata. Alomost 905 of the plots are sold but i dont see reviews regarding it. I am really in need of advice.

Please help.

Hi,

It is the group which owns manyata tech park in Nagavara.

I purchased a plot from them. Land A khata and individualy B khata, they have bda noc so no worries. now they are building apartments and villas near to the same property. it adds value.

my advocate asked me to check the original documents before registration which i did. the process went on smooth.
