Has anyone heard about Mars Builders/ MK Builders? I’m looking to buy a flat from this builders in Hosa Road in Sarjapura road Area. Shri Sai Enclave is the proj and is just opp to SJR Verity. Would like to know how is this builder’s quality of construction. Also what’s your views on Hosa road area w.r.t growth prospects, water resources?

Hi Sonu,
Did you book at Sri Sai Enclave. I had a visit to the property today. It is a good area with basic amenities like play area, lift, generators , guards. Planning to book a 2BHK over here.
Could you please share any information about the project or the builder? This will be helpful.
