Did you buy a flat here. I have visited 2,3 weeks back.  One main concern I see here is, There is a cell phone tower established on adjust building just beside the project recently. I heard it is not good for health, especially for kids. So just think twice.

Any body has any idea about it please post it.

Even i am thinking of booking a flat there, but since the builder is new even i needed advise on this. They are telling only 10 vacant flats are there.

I have visited the site recently as I am looking in panathur and marathahalli area. And as it written above there is a CELL PHONE TOWER established near this project. and as per the information I read and heard it is not good for health and cause some long term diseases.

Can anybody of existing customers throw some light on this, if they are aware of this and or is there any commitments to remove cell tower.

I visited the site yesterday. They are quoting 4200/. I liked the site and would like to buy a flat but I think they are quoting little high. The sales person is not interested to entertain. Can anyone please help me?
