I am planning to book a 3bhk in mera homes by MRKR constructions. The builder seems to be nice & confident.

The booking amount is 2 lacs which will be refunded in full IF i decide to cancel WITHIN 30 days from the date of payment of  booking. The builder showed me the approval docs & files which will be given to me so that i can verify the same post adv payment.

I visited the site. The construction quality looks good with 80% of the work almost completed. ( as on 24th Aug- 2014).

Has anyone else booked here? please share your views. I am planning to live here.

Any points of concern etc etc?
