I am planning to book a flat here ASAP, if the builder gives a good deal.

I am negotiating for Rs.3000

To the guys who have already visited the site, How much is open space area in the project?

As per the details in their website, this is something which is making me a bit concern. Layout has very little open space and flats are mostly compacted.

Location and price wise, it seems to be very good. Please advise.

As far as i know, no other project in this area is as grand as Opulent.It was so good. location covered with full of greenery. if your looking for a property please do visit this project . i think its a good investment.

Now they are quoting Rs.3350 per Sq Ft with no room for negotiation. My Colleagues recently visited site .
Planning to book a 3BHK, any scope for negotiation . I hope builder will offer best price for Group Booking  .

Their ongoing project Rhythm is very high budget for me , because of premier location. But  another project opulent is affordable  for me . I visited both projects .

We recently bought a flat on Diwali from Midtown we got the flat at a reasonable price. Even the project is in good location close to international schools & Hospitals and moreover surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees.

They did not compromise in quality of construction. With the price i paid i got a very high standard quality .only my concern about possession ?

Did anyone book flat in this project? Are all legal documents clear? Will there be problem in rainy season? water getting clogged in parking and mosquitoes?

One of my Friend’s relatives bought a 3bhk at Rs.2850/sft.
I am planning to go to the builder reddy for negotiation this weekend.

i  had visited but not interested with this project planning to book it with Mulberry Mist just opp to this project, mulberry mist is very big project once it is finished it will very hot property. price is very reasonable and all major banks funding. so i am booking it .

I visited their site yesterday, the sample flat is impressive. Most likely the possession will be at the end of 2015 / early 2016.

The only question I had for everyone on this forum is:

The intial booking price quoted is at 3300 and the current booking price is 2850

Does anyone know why there is a price drop, I mean is there any problem known or foreseen ?

I am interested to book a flat, your inputs will be helpful.
