Need reviews about MidTown Opulent – by Midtown Structures near Varthur lake.

Is it advisable to buy here? Did any one book over here? The price they are quoting is 3300/-(negotiable). Opp venture to Mulberry Mist(CMRS)
They are already running a project in whitefield – midtown rhythm. Its done upto 2nd slab.
I am considering this project as –
(1)It has many International Schools near by
(2)I heard that the water belt is good because of the lake
(3) Good road connectivity to whitefield, ITPL
Negatives:
No Cauvery water
Not yet fully developed
Please guide !!!!!

Thank you for your interest in our project..!!
We have considered all the water requirements ( over floors, rain water and any miscellaneous) and provided enough recharge pits to handle the water considering the retention co-efficient of all the materials used on site and the natural soil strata. All the possibilities are considered and scientific solutions with proper calculations are provided. There are very less and almost no possibility for water stagnation and thus the mosquito breeding.

How is construction quality of Midtown Opulent? Did anyone book flat in this project? Are all legal documents clear? Will there be problem in rainy season?
