Hi,
Last week I visited mulberry mist, varthur site I saw the construction progress like footing work is going on in one block ,excavation on the other block, i’m interested in buying a 2bhk of 1100 sqft . now my worry is about the completion kindly let me know about that builders.

Hi all,
Finally i decided 3 bhk flat in Mulberry Mist after some search in that locality, got at decent price i asked the builder for delay in construction , they replied that waiting for remaining approval and they assured to deliver on right time . so decided to go ahead to book with this big community with more open space and all amenities…

Visited the site myself along with 2 other individuals, looking at the rate in which its performing right from its inception, it seems slow to medium paced but will take time if the project does not continue to pick up the pace.

In Mulberry Mist the price is going high day by day , better book it now only. Last week i purchased for 3299/-sqft as Independence day offer. Very less flats are available now. It will be difficult to choose a flat from less availability, but there almost all flats are Vaastu complaint, I checked with my Vaastu Expert. So no need to worry…
