Hi, I also visited the property site today. They said the 2700 price was in pre-launch offer and now it is increased. there are 56 flats coming up – only 12 remaining for now. The foundation work has started and on the entrance side, they have done some already.

I also want to know from someone who has booked a flat in this project. I am also offered the same price of 2700/sft. today. I am not a civil engineer so I can’t judge the kind of materials they are using for construction but they said they are ok for minor adjustments in the internal walls, tile selections and door and bathroom fittings.

I have visited the site and seen the construction quality. for me it seems the pillar what they are using is not much strong, except in centre they are using thin iron (sariya) in all pillar. one more concern is that I think their car parking will be in basement (lower the ground level). when you visit the site or talk to builder, raise these point and get clarification. Please share more information if you guys have about construction quality, nearby areas, nearby reputed schools, etc.

One good think I found, their price is very reasonable.
