Nakshatra Villa Brookefields, MIMS Cresenta whitefield , Zonasha Paradiso Mahadevpura,
which out of these 3 project is better from investment prospective ?, all these projects are
good and are from good developers, i have seen most of the project around Bangalore East , I almost finalised Rohan Ashima but the cost seems to be higher, it might be better to buy some ongoing project at little lesser price…. please suggest????? Thanks Raghu

I had booked a row house at Nakshatra considering that its in the middle of developed locality and it was closer to my kids school. MIMS project was too far and I found that their marketing team was not very forthcoming with information. We had a concern on the JSV Projects – builder for Nakshatra initially but the progress till date has been good. We got good support from Mr. Biju Jacob (Innspire – Marketing) during the sale and Mr. Abhishek Reddy (Builder) was pleasant to deal with. I just hope that it turns out to be as good as in their promo video.
On Zonasha Paradiso Mahadevpura, its from a reputed groupd (Ferns/Zonasha) and Mr. Nagaraj Reddy (Owner of Zonasha) is a veteran in the industry. The project is good but beyond atleast my budget. The big plus is that these are independent villas and just off the ORR.

Seeing this project Zonasha Paradiso, It is like row housing not villas, construction is much crowded and floor plan having many staircase inside having 3+ floors looking much congested like design of government qtrs. Seeing some cement factory also next to this project. They are asking much price having not much land for each villa with cement factory next to. Design and Floor Plan is poor.
