Mr. Sandeep,
We have booked a Rowhouse at Nakshatra Villa AECS Layout, we also considered Habitat Crest but somehow Nakshatra is better located for us as we work near Bellandur and also this will be ready in few months max 1 year from now, hence it made more sense for us to for for that , Both are good projects Habitat has better brand name as a developer for which they charge a premium, Nakshatra is from some ordinary unknown developer, but so far i am quite impressed with their progress on ground and also sales and support staff team they never push you to buy and give all legal papers even before booking which is not the case with Habitat Crest, can only hope Nakshatra continue to be the same and completes the project on time, that is one risk we have taken, however i got a independent 4 bhk house with 2 private garden and 2 living area at Nakshatra at the same price of a penthouse at Habitat Crest, so that way it was a good deal, I would still recommend you and others to please check your risk appetite understand both project carefully with the help of a lawyer and then a decision. Regards Sneha
I also booked a row house at Nakshatra considering that its in the middle of developed locality and it was closer to my kids school. I haven’t checked on Gulmohar but considering the distance Nakshatra was a better option. Habitat Crest was still an extension of an apartment and did not appeal to us. One can check on Gopalan’s row house project too within the same locality which must have got completed now. We had a concern on the builder initially but the progress till date has been good. I got good support from Biju Jacob (Innspire – Marketing) during the sale. I understand that Abhishek Reddy (Builder) wants this to be a flagship project and hope that it turns out to be as good as in their promo video.
Hi Rajan, great to see you participate on Nakshatra villa buyers form, I agree with you Biju and his team from Innspire has been really supportive , Abhishek also has been good enough to meet us and resolve our quires with his engineering team unlike most of the builders, as we all know they are young and wanting to do a great project , we should all encourage them , as the fact is a 3500sqft of 4 bhk independent house with 1500 sqft land in AECS layout will cost around 2 cr much more than a rowhouse at Nakshatra, without any amenities or community living, this no body can deny and this is the key reason at-least for me to buy, thanks we shall meet soon with our families
Hi Sneha .. Glad to hear from a future neighbour. All the very best
