Any idea about the location where this project comes???

This project is on main Sarjapur road around 10 kms ahead of Wipro Office. Currently they are quoting 3000 psft rate. Booking amount is little high as 5 Lakh. Please let me know if you are interested, we can investigate and share more about this project.

Has anyone done further investigation on ND Orchid project. How far is this from Whitefield EPIP area?

I am going to book 2 BHK apartment in ND orchid. If anyone has already booked with them please do let me know. If anyone is interested in booking please let me know for group booking so that we can negotiate more.

These project hasn’t got the approvals. So what do you think? Kinda wait for approvals or go ahead now just because rite now they are selling it for good price. Not sure what approvals they are referring to? It could be approvals from gov bodies and also could be settlement between the land owners (multiple JVs).

Yeah booking without approvals will have some risk. But I think because builder builder has some completed projects. Most likely this projects should get all approvals in some time.

Btw, I am planning to book a flat this weekend.

Hi Even we have booked a 2.5 BHK in the same project last year May 2013. We have been waiting for the project for a year and now the builder is saying it will take another 4-6 months to get approvals. In dilema what to do or what not to do. Please advise.
