ND Developers are launching a new project called Orchids on Sarjapura road , near Sompura gate . What are future prospects of that location ? I visited that place , there is nothing much there right now but many properties are coming in that location . Is there any specific reason for that ?

In the next five years , is there any development planned for that location?

Any help or feedback would be highly appreciated ?
