Can you send me the review of Gopalan Atlantis property.

How much was rate/sqft quoted around 6 months before?

The rate when the project was actually launched was 2700. I enquired just yesterday and the rate is 3600 psft as of now. Has any one considered this project? I would like to know your views.

As of 23rd January 2013, they are quoting a price of 4500/ psft , but it is realy negotiable according to the sales personnel. any idea on the real price?
