Hi Srinivas & hi to all others who are planning to buy a property in Tekton White county,

I am a  old Victim who has been cheated by   Tekton’s  so called MD Mr. Ramaraju, he changes his role however he want like Nithyananda guruji :). I had lost my money when he was the MD of  Zenon Estates. He himself introduces as Joint Developer to any properties sold by him.But he is the only & only largest broker in Hoskote. Property will be good because the developer will be someone else and he is the broker. If the property is worth of  Rs.1000/-per sft his margin is ————- You believe it or no Rs. 600 to 700 .Just for a broker you are paying  that huge amount……………… and Registration cost  you can’t imagine  its 60000 to 1 lakh extra.Because he got that kind of buggers as executives. After his margine those sales men charge 30 to 40000/- as their margin. If I am wrong just have a check with any other developers. You will be shocked.!!!!!!!!!!!!    Instead go to a reasonable seller. The developer who is allowing him to do this also  scandal also will  realize his mistakes. People who have been cheated by this Tekton and Zenon please come forward to write a review if you have been cheated or fed up in getting your refunds , So that we can get ourselves justice.

I am also in the same boat. Cheated by Zenon . Today I visited Tekton’s Golden woods in Hoskote.  After reaching  there I came to know that he is  the owner of  Ex -fraud company Zenon. No ethics with these people.They play with your weakness.  Be careful while investing. Meaningless price quoting and god knows how the people get fooled by these people. Goldenwoods price is too bad Rs.1900/- worst price.

Thanks for the feedback. We 2 friends were planning to buy plots in this project. But got doubt about the price. Looking at the crowd we felt that he has arranged that crowd himself to create demand on the project. They don’t have club house and swimming pool in this project. project shape itself is doesn’t look  convincing. 1900/-sft is too high. May be some fools has to invest on that price.

We feel your are not our customer at all, either you should be a competitor who is  jealous with our company’s growth, so please be careful while commenting others as we have taken legal action on all your reviews & Emails  Printouts have  been logged as a complaint in Cyber Crime Department.

Mr Raghavendra we agreed your point saying that Property belongs to someone else, Off course Property will be someone’s, Developer will be somebody, so also Marketing…   only then it makes as a Project.

Mr Raghavendra before buying any plot / villa or any property please verify the Builders and the Marketing Company credentials like number of year existing whether the company is PVT Ltd or Public Limited Company, how many projects the company has completed, what is the company strength in terms of Hierarchy, how professionally they  organized the departments and off course  finally who are the satisfied customers ? I Visited White County Project Last week Which is in Hoskote , I am very happy with their service i have booked the plot and documents are legally cleared by my lawyer , anybody willing to buy a plot in Hoskote can  visit this  project.

Registered plot in White County, happy with Tekton Estates they have been very helpful  registered my plot within 20 days all the documents are clear. If any one looking to buy a plot or villa in Hoskote can buy in Tekton White County they are the Best  Marketer in hoskote. Before Registering In Tekton i visited more than 10 projects in Hoskote but i found this  project good with the developments & appreciation.

I can reveal what you people are and how you do the business – how you interact with people initially and then after taking money.

After being 2.5 years of most suffered consumer. I can explain better about Tekton Estates and Zenon and previous closed companies and your background.

Now I will not stop and request people to mobilize and come forward at-least with Anonymous names like me so that other’s will not suffer the way we did – we have information to exchange and then why not quote in internet and create awareness about these malpractices.

Ramaraju is the most worst possible cheater ever in my life after I did agreement with tekton Phoenix yelahanka.he has looted middle class people by taking advance from people for litigated property from last 1 year and now entire sales team and Ramaraju neither refunding money nor clearing the issues.

he has invested looted money in getting bar license and started bar in Kuppam.

Be careful of these cheaters and need to punished cruelly.I am trying to lodge complaints in consumer court.
