Hi,

I am planning to book a flat in Mahendra Elena 5 which is in Sikaripalya road (after GK Meadows), Ecity Phase I, Blr. Currently construction is going on.

Can anyone please provide feedback on this about the builder, construction quality, acquired land, price and any other updates/issues/concerns if any. I could see a individual house used as marketing office inside the apartment site in front. They mentioned it will be demolished, any idea about this.
