Need info regarding kethana blossoms and shilpitha splendor

Hi All,

Could anyone share any feedback regarding Kethana blossoms located behind cisco at outer ring road and shilpitha splendor located at Mahadevpura. They are quoting 3800 per sq ft. A 2 BHK will cost around 45-55 lacs.

Please share any positive/negative info.
