Did any one bought a plot in The Woods of the East BDA Approved project, Halanayakanahalli, Sarjapur Road.

I am planning to buy one and the Marketing / developers are saying that you should not be constructing any rental portions. It will be only for own purposes. No multi-kitchens. They wont allow constructions for rental till they are maintaining the lay out and once they hand it over to the association, then if the association allows you can construct.  Is it a legal one? Can they restrict to do that..?

But again it depends on the association. If any one have bought a plot over here can you help out with some info. Also please help if there any issues in the layout. Right now they are quoting 4000Rs per sqft.

Any inputs or information on this will be helpful.
