Need information on SSN builder’s Raj Grandeur project

I am planning to book a 3 bhk in SSN builder’s Raj Grandeur project near Bommanahalli. Builder is quoting me Rs 4500 per sq ft now for pre launch offer. Can someone suggest what is the best offer I should go with? If anyone booked recently can you please let me know how much did you book it for and when?

Hi we have booked a 2bhk in SNN raj grandeur. We don’t see any reviews for this apartment in this site. Is it a good buy?

Good location but i can see a lot of development happening, booked a 2bhk, I am confident that SNN will do a good job
