We would need your helping hand in understanding the trust worthiness of the property “TGS Boston” ( Apartment ) which is in pre-lunch located in JP Nagar ( Nearer Jamboo Savari Dinne ). Can we go ahead with this pre-launch offer and property Developer ?

Hello all!
I have paid an advance amount of rs 1 lac for this project. Need your valuable inputs to proceed with the MOU.the land is completely not registered in the name of TGS. The value of the land is 5 crores and the builder has paid an advance of 25 lakhs. The sales team is assuring to start the project by Jan 2015.
Please suggest is this builder/property safe to proceed.

Never trust DreamsGK, Grihkalyan, TGS properties all are from a same parent company Orange properties.. They will just take land for rent for one or two months.. put their hoarding.. do some 100 site visits .. collect booking advance of 1 lakh and just vanish… just call their call center and ask for immediate registration… they will never entertain you… because none of their properties are legal..080 41435759, 080 40155666, 8494 9301 72, +91-7022023751
