Hi We are looking to book a flat in Malibu Paloma, Borewell road, whitefield, Bangalore. It is ready to move-in in a couple of months. Few people have already started occupying homes. The price quoted is 3500 psft. Final offer price could be close to 3400 psft.

Please through some more light on this project if someone knows. Also please let me know if this project is worth investing in.
