Hi Harsha and Bangaloreans –

I am looking at investing in a good 2bkh property in BLR. Since I am new to the city, I am not very familiar with the landscape and projects. My budget it 40 to 50 lakhs. Please let me know if there are any upcoming or pre-launch offers that I can invest in and yeild a good return. Even a studio apt for 30-40 lakhs can be considered as this will be my first property investment and I dont want to over indulge.
