This is a Complicated project which I got to know after joining owner’s google group.
1. Developer is new and claims quality of Tier-1 builders.
2. Claims to be transparent and open, but assurance given by this builders is given by every builder, like OC, CC, on time or earlier completion.
3. Costly Amenities and Car-Parking
4. This project have a proposed road which pass beside the project, which is shown as outdoor amenities area.
5. Have some part of land is government owned land for public use
6. Prices are almost matching the Premium builder’s price just opposite to this project.
7. builder claims to increase the price once the approval are in place, which is yet to be received for more than 8 months now.

I will not recommend Samrudhi Winter Green because last Tuesday i visited to Winter Green with one of my friend and we saw that they bore 4 feet and it’s was all half filled up with water and they were pulling out with motor because near to that water ground is there. Even though Samrudhi will maintain good quality but i believe it’s very week ground . Every body have there own thought it’s my thought but before booking there so just consider this point.
