Would like opinions on whetehr it makes sense to invest in the property now- the outer structure is almost 80% complete- looking at buying from a previous owner and end of year / early next year posession .. its still in the 40-45 lakh budget for a 2 bhk compared to other more expensive projects nearby and even further from the main road on harlur road like sobha cinamon, purva etc.. any comments?

1)Not good floor plans.

2) Work progress very very slow.
