Need review about Rajni Ashish Rose Phase II

Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in Rajni Ashish Phase II.

I am interested to know about the builder ‘ashish builders’ and the property Rajni Ashish Rose Phase II.

How is the construction quality?

Are the titles (papers) clear?

Is it A khata site?

Any other detail about the project.

Hi Gurpreet,

Even i am also planning to book a row house.. Have you booked any one?

 

they are quoting me  area : 2035  3 BHK  Rate/Sq ft: 3800 of total  79,58,000.

 

Please help me for valid suggestions.

I visited property it’s looking good but the approach road has some legal issues.

 

Any complaints/reviews regarding project or approach raod will be helpfull
