Did anyone book property in Sanaathana Chamanthi? I visited the site and found it good.

I see that they have properties in Hyd only and this is first project in Bangalore. So pls share if anyone has any feedback about the builder.

I booked with Sanaathana Chamanthi earlier this month. The plan seems to be good and also the locality is nice. Being their first venture into Bangalore, I guess it’s difficult to get reviews and might just have to rely on the BDA’s approval for the project and the builders word. Hopefully, it turns out well.

@pdesai…I have booked  @ 2950 almost two months back so I guess the rates can be negotiated a bit. I personally liked the plan & the location. The builder is new to banglore but the paper work seems to be in order.
