I need your help in deciding on a plot in Rashi Splendor 2 (RS2). They are quoting 1300/- at present. They have sold almost all the sites, left with only few odd sites. I am planning to buy one.

I could not find reviews about Rashi Builders or thier projects like Rashi Splendor, Splendor2, Gateway etc. Please suggest if it is good investment in RS2 on Doddabalapur Rd near Apparel Park.
