Hello,
Am planning to book a villa with Urban Greens soon. But the khata for this project is panchayat khata..Will it affect the loan process? Also it is approved by BMRDA not BDA..Does this create any impact. Other than these things I guess it is a pretty decent deal.
Thanks,
Karthik
I’ve done the agreement with the builder. They’ve done the bhoomi-poojan of the sites for which agreement was done on 24-Oct and they’ll start the construction now.

Inner Urban – can you please let us know why did the split with SRR happen ? also are there any prior projects constructed by ‘inner urban infraestate pvt ltd.’ that we can see in bangalore?
Do not buy from SRR Homes. I paid advance for The Preserve project. After paying the booking amount of Rs two lakhs to SRR Homes, I figured out (the hard way) that they are lying through their teeth. They are selling a piece of land that does not belong to them. So they initially said that they have a GPA (general power of attorney) with the owners for selling this. They gave some document saying that was the GPA. The document is not GPA. SRR hopes that people will not get the documents properly checked and hence fall in their trap. After repeated requests, they did not give anything which proves that they cal sell it. Your money might be doomed.
