I am planning to buy residential plots at Ozone KNS Oasis located at Sarjapura, Bangalore.

Can any one who has already bought plots in same project/different project of same builder/developer or is aware of this particular offer can please help me by providing their suggestions/feedback?

I will appreciate if someone can help clarifying on below points:

1. Reliability of Ozone Group?
2. Legal opinion/information on Ozone KNS Oasis project?
3. Bank approvals from SBI?
4. They are quoting price of 2090 per sqft for plots as on July 16th 2017. Is the price more for the location?
