Even I have heard about the project. If I google, I can find only “Pashmina Waterfront”, that too not yet completed, so, worried about the credibility of the developer.

I am interested. Need to know more about the property’s credibility and rate. In Oct’10, it started with 2900/Sqft and now 4100/sqft. Looks like the price has increased by ~40%. With no credibility to the developers, are they selling that well to increase it so much? i am planning to book and currently am negotiating. Please let me know the lowest they have booked yet for
