Has anyone booked a flat in one of the new projects in KR puram which are in pre launch stage.

– Gina Shalom

– RJ Lake Gardenia

– Monarch Aqua

Rj and Monarch are bigger projects compared to Shalom and i am concerned about the project completion time. Since the projects are located right on NH4, would this be a right choice considering the amount of traffic.
