I want to understand as per law can builder charge us 1.5 lac from every buyer and still keep the possesion of clubhouse with them. Nikoo homes 2 has come up with an idea where they own the clubhouse and they charge every one for using the facilities of clubhouse even after the buyer has paid clubhouse charge of 1.5 lac. I definitely feel this is very unfair.
