Nirman Sonestaa Meadows in Thubarahalli Whitefield – Reviews?

Hi,

I am planning to book a 2BHK in Sonestaa Meadows by Nirman Sonestaa Builders. The project is located at Thubarahalli, near Kundanahalli Gate in Whitefield.

Please give me any information or review on this, if available. Any comment from anybody who has already booked a flat there or is planning to, would be of real help.

I am owner of a flat in Sonestaa Meadows.My experience has been insanely horrible.I would never suggest anyone to buy from this builder.The whole project is already late by 2 years and the way the progress is happening it seems it take another 5-7 years to finish.The construction quality is insanely bad.Even after two years of plastering, fresh crack appear in the walls.The materials used in walls are so bad that even ants are able to drill out holes and puff out the cement in walls. Everything from quality of tiles to electric switch boards is insanely cheap and poor quality.But the even bigger problem is the attitude of builder,once you pay full money,they will practically stop working.You have to run yourself behind labourers to get the work done.You have to call each person yourself,like carpenter,plumber,civil guy,etc yourself and run after them.They will first commit to work but after a while even they will stop picking your phone.Its a one big mental trauma. I feel I have been cheated.

hi, i booked a flat in sonestaa i woods,verified all legal documents with a reputed advocate he has given legal clearance i approached to LIC for loan.is anybody approached to LIC? anybody checked quality and specifications of his previous projects he is telling  they are giving standard fittings like jaguar,parryware for toilets, anchor modeler switches [ROMA] vitrified tiles flooring,asian emulsion paints , providing french windows and also they left 1.75 acres free space in the project for all amenities and play areas .i visited the model flat finishing and quality was good

Do not invest in Sonestaa Meadows at Thubarahhali Extended Road. The road is very narrow (less than 8 ft wide) and not motorable at all. All the flat owners are right now trapped since none of the builders at that road are trying to solve the road issue. Even the govt authorities including BBMP are not helping to get the so called “40 ft” road.

HI buddy i have visited sonestaa meadows last Sunday it was cool .and i  took some snaps of club house and gym, it was really nice, sorry am not able to share other wise i would have been shared, as i seen comments i couldn’t see such bad quality construction, quality was really good they are providing branded gym equipment and it really attractive and awesome and regarding road, BBMP started road construction we can see either side of road they started drainage work and b/w apartments we could see 40′ road i hope road will come for sure……..

Apartment is good. Construction is delayed .The way things are moving.  I don’t think so atleast 8 feet “tar road” will come in next 3-4 years.

I’m following road issue from 2012. Earlier, fencing was not done. As soon as people started moving in apartments, I saw fencing on road.

I am planning to book a 2bhk at Sonesta Meadows.

Is it really preapproved by SBI bank?

Did you get the OC (Occupancy certificate) as promised by the builder? The new Power minister has stated that Electricity connection will be disconnected if there is no OC.

Guys,

Never even think of buying projects in thubharahalli extended road. There is sonesta meadows, silver oak and other projects along these stretch has no roads, lights, drainage, no water, rely only on tankers, and mainly its not safe to walk after 6 pm.

My friend has invested 60 lakhs in sonesta meadows and he is facing lot of issues on daily basis. He wants to resale and no one is seems to be interested at base price. Approach road is 8 ft and I think it will take 20 years to win in court. You will get apt at cheap price, but you should be ready to face all kinds of problem. Checkout ichangemycity.com and other blogs to know more. Don’t get fooled by connection to outer ring road and its a fake news. Talk to residents and don’t get fooled by brokers.

Vibgyor road having litigation and you can see multiple boards from land owners saying this is not public road. Residents came to know that there is no survey for road and they are stuck. this can happen to extended road as well. Please don’t invest in place where there is no proper infrastructure. Plz don’t get fooled by broker s and talk to residents.

Dont waste your hard earned money. Drive along this road and take wise decisions.

Don’t Buy Anything On Sonestaa Meadows/ Sonestaa Silver Oak. No matter how convincing the builder is, road will not come for at least 5 years. Fence is there for last two years. Builder is promising from 2011.

Implications are you will not get a OC and A Khata due to road as ambulances/Fire will not be able to enter. You will further suffer due to narrow road.
All the owners are trapped. Builder is super crap. You will likely to struggle for association formation or anything you require from builder.You end up paying high maintenance charges. There is no clarity on building handover. Builder and associates behaves like a goon and threaten you time to time.
