Nishant Prime, whitefield review

Hi, I am Sukumar,

I have booked an apartment at Nishant Prime. I have gone through the comments recently and I wish to say that I have surveyed more than 20 projects in and around this project location but 90% of the projects have not obtained CC nor they are guaranteeing the OCs. I have raised this point with my advocate and he has opined that this is of not much importance and I can go ahead with the booking. If a project is to comply with all the requirements and providing all the necessary CC&OCs definitely the cost will escalate to Rs.3500 to 4000/S.Ft. This is the biggest advantage we are getting in this project and the quality of the construction is very good as per my surveys done on their previous project and the customer experience so far has been very good. And moreover the water source is very good in the building and this a major plus point to be noted when Bangalore is running scarce of the water resource particularly in the east of Bangalore.

This has been my experience, Can any guys share with me?

I also booked flat in Nishat Prime & wanted to form a group of people to secure buyres intrest.

I have asked few queires to builder & revert awaited on those pendings then i will move to agreement.

Hi everyone….

I am interested in buying a 3 bhk but have few doubts…Everything looks ok..but when i spoke with builder …he is telling that at the time of possession he will be giving the OC certificate. He also said that he will apply for it through some other channel.

Please share your valuable comments….

Hi People….Please Let me know your Opinions…Whether i should go ahead and book in Nishant Prime…Despite of the fact that Builder will not provide the legal certificates Properly. Quick Reply from you guys will be appreciated

Guys i am in great confusion regarding this project. When i visited the site today and asked the Builder about proper legal documents( CC & OC)….He totally denied it and said that he will not give any of these certificates in future….He told that they are very frank to customers and dont want to make false promises……Can anyone help me with this

As of now they are asking for laying tiles in the barhroom.

Dear All,

I have booked a 2 BHK in Nishant Prime recently but not comfortable as they are not issuing OC. If they donot have deviations, I am not sure why the builder is not applying for an OC.

Please check the BBMP certificate. At the end, it is written that Occupancy Certificate is MANDATORY. Request a quick reply from anybody.
