Hi , has anyone heard about the project called “Nivasa- Universal dwellings” on hoskote road ? We found the project to be pretty impressive , however we have the doubts related to the builders since its their first project. Would be great if anyone who share their views/experience ?

Hi Varun,
I have booked a flat here last year. If you keep aside the distance constraint as of now, then I would say this is a fabulous project. They have an unique design of east garden which is very impressive. I would say see it to believe it.
