There is a yahoogroup on OmBalaji Jasmines and from the discussion there it seems that this layout is being sold from 2008 by different people including Orange properties and Shiviri properties. Lots of people money is stuck in this project. The builder is saying from past 6 months that BDA approval can come at anytime. There are no signs of any BDA approval.
