I am seeking your opinion and advice about ICON Sanctuary Villa Project in Sarjapura area.

I have visited the site on 26 Jan 2014. My observations are as follows:

(a) Access: The access is through Sarjapura village. With so many villa/ apartment projects coming in the area, this appears to be a big bottle neck. Builder representative could not provide details of any road widening through Sarjapura?

(b) What is the future development prospects of the area- ground water, social/ commercial development and above all road network for connectivity?
