Yes. I have visited the site. Its 5KM from ORR and 2km from wipro gate. They recently got SBI approval for the project. BDA approved. Few bookings were happened. I am also almost decided for booking. First better to visit the site, if you are OK with location. You can start thinking on other stuff..

Construction is started.. Slow in progress. Now its at very initial stage…

Have booked two flats. Would say this is very good rate at a strategic location – offices, schools etc

I didn’t get the exact builder’s name in any site. Every site has listed different builder’s name, Is it really from Vandana Ifra builders?

I came to know that they are not giving OC. Is it ok to buy in this project?

Hi,

I am also planning to book a flat here. but builder clearly saying he will not give OC. They say SBI have fully approved the loan, so now no legal charges will be levied on customers going for SBI loan. So processing fees is reduced now for SBI loan.

But main concerns is OC. With 150 flats, if builder try, they can easily get OC if no major deviation.

Anyone know more about OC for this project here?

Finally booked the flat here after considering all options..

Was surveying this area since Jan. Finally booked and happy now. Chose this over adjoining trifecta bcoz of broad balconies and better layout design(my view).

Construction work is in full swing.. Its BDA approved and the completion date is around aug-sept next year.. overall i think its value for money…

Thanks mikein007. I am planning to visit the site this Saturday. One more question. Does the builder has all the papers in order? I mean like OC certificate, Khata etc. Is it A Khata? Thanks
