Even I have same questions. I am concerned about Khata certificate and OC…Does anyone has confirmation from the builder that we would get Khata and OC after the construction.

I didn’t visit the site. I went to sarjapur road last Sunday and felt that the main road is narrow compared to the traffic it handles. Even on Sunday it was almost bumper to bumper traffic near the Wipro stretch. Given that numerous projects coming up in that area, I feel traffic congestion will be major issue. So am doubtful now whether to book a flat here. Any advise from anyone? Thanks

Did the builder said something about Occupancy Certificate  and Khata transfer Certificate ?

I am also planning to book a 2 BHK flat so I need these information before I take any decision.
