opinion on monarch serenity

Hi Harsha,

Pls  share your opinion on Monarch builders. Looking at buying a flat in Monarch Serenity,as the

prices are decent and location too. but no idea how the builder is though there are some past and

upcoming hotel projects of theirs seen on t site. also pls compare them with century builders..confused

between century commissioners vista and monarch serenity.

Can anyone give information on the quality of the project, month on which construction started?

Also pls mention any other cons with the project. I am planning to book there soon.
