i WANT TO PURCHASE FLAT IN OZONE URBANA.I have few concerns

1) Being very near to airport , noise problem and hence feel not good for investment

2) The completion of the flat may take lot of time.Any idea when going to complete

3) as HUNDREDS OF ACRES OF LAND , LEGAL ISSUES MAY BE THERE

Ozone Urbana by Ozone Group is providing luxury apartments with all facilities both clubhouse  and outdoor and the price is also affordable and also they are providing plots for commercial buildings like it park star hotel etc.

Beware OF Ozone group, they already have cheated customers who have bought flats at ozone evergreens. Refer to the news article below.

I would Say ozone urbana is one of the best projects to invest around devanahalli the location and the amenities provided by them looks good hence buying a flat here would surely be a good choice
