I’ve been looking at this too… Interestingly there aren’t any ads in commonfloor or MB. I just see a couple of hoardings. Btw, occupation is in 2018… That’s quite long IMHO 🙂 A basic search on the builder in mouthshut reveals mixed feedback and doesn’t seem to inspire confidence. You can read comments from customers of his other projects. Bottomline is: See how many banks have approved this project. Check this with the bank to verify this. If no bank has approved, then you know what to do. Second (and most important): Get the documents checked with an prop advocate. It may cost you couple of grands but worth it.. Don’t overlook his advise.. It gives you idea if the titles are clear and possibilities of litigation in future.
