Hi,
We are looking for villa plots/villas in Bangalore.For the next 3 years,we cannot occupy the property and whatever we are going to buy either villa /plot should serve for investment and shelter purpose.
Recently i have come to know about the project called Peninsula Prakhruthi,Sarjapur.Starting price is 55Lakhs+registration charges.Need to inquire furhter details.I have some doubts below,it would be helpful if those are clarified.
1.Has anyone booked in this project?
2.I don’t know the areas of bangalore .Is it worth to afford that much amount of money in sarjapur area?
3.What about the favailability of public transports in that area because if we occupy the house after 3 years,should we have our own vehicle or can we use the public transports?
Even a small info would be highly appreciated.

Hi, Sarjapur road is the one of the Fastest Developing area in bangalore, it has got a Very Good Connectivity, Compare to Other Areas.. It’s a Slightly Posh area..
There are lot of International College’s & Universities in Sarjapur road..
I know Very Well about bangalore..
If your Planning to go for Apartment or Villa, I suggest you to GO with Big builders like Concorde Group, Brigade ..

Few of my friends had booked in their previous projects in sarjapur with peninsula infra developments ltd and they refer me for prakruthi and before i booked i had been other properties too but i was convinced with peninsula quality of construction and price seems to be good….. now my villa construction is on full fledged in prakruthi.

Iam not interested in big builder projects,due to budget constraints.
Iam looking for villas in bangalore within 55-60 Lakhs.
Can somebody give some review about Peninsula Prakruthi project or similar projects in Sarjapur and it should be within my budget limits.
