I have been following your blog and rely on it for thoroughand detailed analysis of any new project.I am having a question

And need our suggestion.

We have a lat in bellandur which is a penthouse on 4th floor.The building is G+3.Its abuilder apartment with 13apartments .We are are paying loan which is with IDBI bank.

Could you please let me know,if the penthouse is not in he penthousis was not in he original plan what we can do so that it can

Be included in the plan.I have heard about Akrama SakRama which is still under process.. But cud ou please let’s us know

What more we can do so that the flat is completely legal.We have paid the property tax and all documents are proper.
