I’m planning to buy property in Prestige Kew garden. I visited the property and the surrounding area. I liked the area but skeptical about the Belandur Lake. The lake is 800mtrs away form the Property.

I have few questions

What will be the impact on the ground water in the property?

What is the impact during rain season?

Is the property is suitable for renting?
