I have seen an independent house, 30×40 site, Duplex House in B Narayanapura, Kamadenu Layout(Behind Volkswagen Showroom, Trident Hyundai) Opposite NCC Ivory Heights.

It’s a A Khata property with clear titles, House is a 3.5 BHK Duplex, 8 years old, Approx 2000 Sq Ft Built up Area, with Car Park. Area seems OK as there is Tarred Road, Cavery Water etc.

The owner is demanding 1.10 Crore excluding Reg. Is this property worth to buy ?

I’m very confused between Apartment and Independent House.
