plot at BSK 6th stage, near brigade omega

Hi ,

I have just been given an offer to buy a plot (60*40) right behind brigade omega. The asking is 3000. Does that make sense? should i invest?

Hi,

In 6th stage there is an BBMP dump yard coming hence the rate is less ; please have a tab on the same
