Hi Harsha… I need your help in deciding whether to move forward with the below property or not :
“This is a plot near Whitefield / Channasandra (on NH 207). of 2000 sq.ft. (price 1100/psft)  in Layout Sy. No. 21/1 & 21/4, DC converted at Appajipura Village, Kasaba Hobli, Hoskote Taluk .The Khata is of ‘A’ type and bank loan is possible. The property title is also very clear. this layout is approved by the Samethannahalli Grama Panchayat”

Since it is approved by a Panchayat and not BMRDA or any other council, I am a little confused… I will be checking this with the lawyer but just wanted to make sure before the visit that the property is Ok or not..

Also how much time do you feel it will take for area around NH207 to become livable…
