Plot Registration Question
Hi,
Once a plot is registered in your name:
1. The initial documents given by the builder/first party for verification are no more required for future. Do they become invalid or not applicable anymore for future transactions, if in case you want to sell the plot?
2. Can we create a Family Tree once the plot is registered?

For your question 1, thats not right the old documents such as the Mother deed, Khatha, Encumbrance Certificate, Partition Deed, GPA, RTC etc. are still valid. Additionally the sale of the plot to you will also be registered in the Mutation Extract which you can get a new copy after the plot is registered in your name.
A Family tree is not needed unless you want to pass on the plot to your future generations and that too can be created by your descendents when a legal transaction needs to be made on the plot
Thanks Harsh Sagar.
Like you said “Sale of the plot to you will also be registered in the Mutation Extract”, What are the other steps should be taken once a plot is registered in your name. What documents we need to make or update?
