I am interested to buy a plot in North Bangalore, for investment? I have shortlisted JS Lake Mist, Lexuz Stoneview and Century Sports Village. Please help me is choosing one which has more potential of appreciation in next 3-5 years.

Please do not venture into this! There has been no development for the last 6 months and they are cash strapped. I booked a plot in December 2014 and they assured that the site will be released in 2 months but even after 6 months there has been no development. I have asked for a refund of Rs.1 lakh. After 3 months of follow up, In July 2015, they gave me a cheque which got bounced and they gave another in September 2015 which too got bounced. They have absolutely no money!
I am filing a legal case against the owner Sudheer Babu.
